Gallery of Panther chameleon colour morphs
All these photos were taken by me to show the diversity of colours found in one Panther chameleon collection. Several of these are Ambajas, yet show remarkable variation. One was even mistaken for a Nosy Be blue.
Females are often similar in colouration, which leads to problems with imported stock. Females of different morphs are often kept together with little regard to their origin. This can lead to confusion and strange colour mixes.
All the morphs are simply variations and do not denote different sub-species.
